Description | The Master Contractor will complete the requirements as indicated to meet the Agency ’ s goals through the following objectives : a ) Audit , verify , and report on all four Plans , separately , and issue a combined financial statement and opinion for all four plans ( combined ) in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards ( GAAS ); b ) Perform Agreed upon Procedures ( AUP ) ( see Appendix 4 ) for each contract year to evaluate the Plans ’ operations , internal control and certain financial transactions of the Plans ’ operations ; and c ) Assist with the preparation of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report by reviewing the entire report and subjecting the report to objective controls to ensure the report complies with American Institute of CPAs ( AICPA ) or U . S . Government Accountability Office ( GAO ) and / or Public Company Accounting Oversight Board ( PCAOB ) certification requirements . |
