Description | The Delta Pump Station delivers pressurized reclaimed water from Delta Pond to the West College mainline . It is accessed through the SCWA flood control road on the SW side of Santa Rosa Creek . During winter storms the SCWA flood control road into Delta may be too flooded for vehicle access . This project will provide standby emergency power capabilities to the facilities , which are critical in the event of a power failure . |
