The demolition contractor will be responsible for the removal with PPE provided and with considerations of the following : The roll off is to be set in the alley , the east wall is to be removed to access the collapsed roof materials from the interior . 4FT of the south and west wall are to be left intact for the purpose of retaining wall supporting the yard of 119 S Moffet . 6FT of the north wall is to be left intact to support the yard of 115 S . Moffet Ave . |
