Description | • Remove and dispose of six existing air handler units and six condensers . • Supply and install six new standard - efficiency air handler units and six condensers • Install associated hot water coils and outdoor air plenums . • Provide and install a new temperature control system that : • Controls all new HVAC units . • Integrates with the existing boiler system for coordinated heating and cooling and adaptable for future upgrades . • Supports remote access for monitoring and scheduling . • Provide commissioning to verify integrated operation between HVAC units and boiler . • Include all necessary electrical , piping , and control wiring to ensure full functionality of the HVAC and boiler systems . • Perform system commissioning and functional testing . • Provide training for library staff on system operation . • Include a minimum of a one - year warranty on parts and labor . • Obtaining all neces s ary permits and approvals . • Compliance with all local , state , and federal regulations . |
