Document existing conditions and identify and potential problems , hurdles , or obstacles to Project b . Deliverable 2 : 50 % CD Set , including and showing among other things : i . Existing and proposed utilities ( provided with Property Survey ) ii . Location and layout of all electrical equipment and chargers iii . Utility POC iv . Initial Vehicle tracking / turning radii plan v . Initial single - line diagram c . Deliverable 3 : 90 % CD Set including and showing , among other things : i . Incorporating revisions to 50 % CD Set in accordance with feedback from customer , utility , and other consulting professionals d . Deliverable 4 : 100 % CD Set including and showing , among other things : i . Existing conditions and demolition plan as required ii . Final Site Plan , including any necessary grading iii . Electrical Site Plan iv . Primary and secondary details as required by local utility v . Conduit and circuit routing from utility transformer ending at EV chargers vi . Final Single Line Diagram and Panel Schedule vii . Computer generated fault study with Arc Flash labels , load study and breaker calculations viii . Civil , structural , and electrical details as required ix . Signed and sealed by a New Jersey licensed Professional Engineer and ready for filing with local agency having jurisdiction over such plans in accordance with all of such agency ' s filing requirements e . Deliverable 5 : As - Built Drawings chedule of Design Phase Project Deliverables : i . Preliminary Concept Plan : Within 2 weeks of fully - executed contract ii . 50 % CD Set : Within 3 weeks of receipt of Property Survey iii . 90 % CD Set : Within 2 weeks after receiving comments from customer , Van - Con Inc . Grant program manager , utility , and other involved professionals iv . 100 % CD Set : Within 2 weeks of receipt of final comments from customer , CCMT , utility , and other involved professionals
