Provide design , bid request , and construction inspection services as detailed below for the grading , draining and paving of Rushing Boone Road ( CR 295 ) between SR178 and SR121 . Currently , Rushing Boone Road is a county - maintained dirt road . The plans for the road should include a cover sheet , typical sections , plan and profile sheets , right of way plan sheets , erosion control plans , cross sections , quantities and drainage design . The road is to be realigned at the intersection with SR178 to create a 90 - degree intersection . Realignment will also be required at three existing curves to conform to speed design , which is 55 mph . A topographic survey of the road will be required , including areas to be realigned . Provide a property survey with required right of way calculations so any necessary right - of - way documents can be developed . Use County GIS data for any other topographic elevation and property lines that are needed . There is one stream crossing , so wetlands and other environmentally sensitive areas are located in the corridor , which may require environmental studies . No geotechnical studies are anticipated . Provide preliminary and final plans and specifications for review by the County . Provide " For Construction " plans and specifications once preliminary plans are reviewed . Right of way plans with an 80 foot right of way will need to be provided first so the county can begin the right of way acquisition process .
