Description | This is for a renovation of approximately 10 , 000 square feet of space to support Curriculum and Con - Ed programs in the Design Building . The structure is a masonry building with carpet , finished concrete , acoustic ceilings and gypsum walls . The scope will consist of removing interior walls and ceilings in the southern section of the building . Garage doors will be added with an elevated loading / unloading area . This renovation will allow programs to have space for the storage of lab equipment , material and trainers . Work will include interior demolition of walls , ceiling , ductwork and lighting . New work will include floors , doors , lighting , walls , and exterior loading zone . |
