Description	The subject of the contract is development of IT system in the field of data collection and management in crisis situations. It combines both services for the development and implementation of the software for a data warehouse and a supply of the underlying IT hardware required for the use and management of the system (to be purchased using the budget for incidentals under a service contract). The System should be developed and the hardware installed in the future Public Health Emergency Operating Center (PHEOC). The objective of this procurement is to contribute to strengthening capacities of the Institute of Public Health of Montenegro in order to respond effectively to public health requirements for all future outbreaks of contagious diseases in the country.
