Description | The Division of Facilities Construction and Management ( DFCM ), in partnership with the Utah Department of Natural Resources ( DNR ) and the Division of State Parks is soliciting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide a comprehensive feasibility study and design services for the re - design of the Wasatch Mountain Golf Course in Midway , Utah . The selected firm will be responsible for developing a strategic roadmap to modernize critical course infrastructure with a specific focus on engineering USGA - compliant green profiles , optimizing tee box alignment , playing surfaces , cart path locations , and designing a high - efficiency irrigation network . Finally , the scope of services must include an estimate of probable construction costs and a strategic phasing plan . This plan should prioritize the minimization of operational disruptions , providing a clear framework for construction that allows for the preservation of play and course revenue where feasible . The ultimate objective is to elevate the course to USGA specifications while enhancing environmental sustainability , playability , and long - term operational efficiency . |
