This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation FA558726Q0007, is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). A statement that the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. The associated NAICS code is 722310. FA558726Q0007 is solicited for Full and Open Competition and without set aside. A list of line item numbers, quantities, and units of measure is identified in the SF 1449. The Government is seeking a qualified provider to perform Dining Facility (DFAC) Mess Attendant and Cook Services in accordance with Attachment 1- Performance Work Statement and the SF 1449. Dates and places of performance is identified in Attachment 1- SF1449, Section F- Deliveries or performance schedules. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerers-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. See Page 31 of the SF 1449 for Instructions to Offerors. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition and the specific evaluation criteria is identified in the SF1449. See Page 36 of the SF 1449 for Evaluation criteria. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. There are no additional contract requirements or terms and conditions other than those listed in the PWS and SF1449.
