OVERVIEW / SCOPE OF WORK The Office of the Registrar is soliciting bids for services of a transcript vendor and or diploma vendor that will integrate with the Workday Student system to allow students to request and pay for an official transcript or replacement diploma . The student will also receive both a printed and electronic copy of the diploma upon conferral of degrees and certificates each semester . All transcripts are printed on 81 / 2 x 11 - inch security paper or digitally secure for electronic . Estimated volume is 40 , 000 to 45 , 000 per academic year University diplomas are generated in two sizes , undergraduate and graduate diplomas and certificates are printed at 81 / 2 x 11 , doctorial degrees are printed at 11x14 . Estimated volume is undergraduate , graduate , certificate 7 , 500 to 8 , 000 and doctoral 500 to 600 .
