Oconee Fall Line Technical College is requesting a Point - toPoint WAN Connection between South Campus and North Campus , Point to Point WAN Connection between South Campus and Jefferson Center , Point to Point WAN Connection between South Campus and Instructional Center , and Point to Point WAN Connection between South Campus and LOIC . Third Avenue McRae - Helena , GA 31037 500 Mbps P2P – Connected to South Campus The following requirements are placed on the supplier and should be specified on the bid response as to ability to provide . • The WAN connection between the South Campus and each remote location may not transverse the public internet . Only central office / meet point connectivity is allowed . • The WAN service shall use layer 2 switching to interconnect campus locations . • WAN bandwidth should be at least what is specified in the table above . • Circuits will be synchronous . • OFTC ownsIP blocksfor 72 . 162 . 136 . 0 and 72 . 162 . 137 . 0 that will need to be advertised on the internet access circuit . • All connections shall be given unique identification numbers and shall be tied to a unique customer number for the college . • A written vendor Service Level Agreement ( SLA ) with financial backing is required for service availability . This financial backing will provide compensation to Oconee Fall Line Technical College if a service outage lasts more than the agreed upon amount of time to repair the connection . • Availability and uptime should meet a minimum guaranteed uptime of 99 . 95 % with 24 / 7 / 365 monitoring , and a maximum of 4 hours response time for service outage .
