Description | • Provide a project schedule to successfully evaluate the existing Avtec systems , provide recommendations for optimization , and the implementation of agreed upon optimization recommendations . • Be the licensor of the proposed System software and provide maintenance and support services . • Provide administrative training for the Albany Police Communications Supervisor and City of Albany Information Technology staff . • Provide training for Albany Police Communications Center front line employees . • Ability to provide integration support for the City ’ s Cisco Unified CM Phone System ’ s integration with Avtec systems and Eventide logging recorder . • Provide service support 24 / 7 / 365 for unexpected malfunctions related to Avtec systems and associated radio and phone systems . |
