**__Note:Applicants who already have access to the previous Enterprise Portal and/or IAMOnline for other applications, MUST complete a new registration to receive access to the online bid room.____** **_Executive Summary_** Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), seeks to secure professional services to audit the Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) program, issue the annual Independent Auditor's Report, provide data summary on the administration of the Texas DSH program, and perform a final reconciliation for applicable hospitals in the Uncompensated Care (UC) program. **_Scope of Work_** HHSC’s primary goal for engaging a Contractor pursuant to this RFQ is to meet the requirements of Title XIX of the Social Security Act (the Act) which authorizes federal grants to States for Medicaid programs that provide medical assistance to low-income families, the elderly and persons with disabilities. **_Contract Term_** The initial term of the Contract will be three (3) years. HHSC, at its sole option, may extend any Contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation for up to two (2) additional years ** _Optional/ Pre-proposal Conference_** Attendees must register for the conference **no later than July 23, 2025, by 4:00 p.m. Central Time**.
