Description | The Service Area plans to retain a qualified consulting engineer to provide services as the District Engineer . Through this RFP , the Service Area is seeking proposals from qualified Engineering Firms to provide general engineering services for various construction projects , which may vary in complexity , on an as - needed , on - call basis and includes , without limitation , projects relating to roadways , water projects , drainage improvements , stream rehabilitation , etc . The intent is to select one or more engineering firms to complete selected projects over the next five - year period as constraints allow and funding becomes available . The selected Engineering Firm will be expected to work with and possibly oversee other engineering firms the Service Area may retain to assist with specific projects or tasks . Responses to this RFP ( statements of proposal ) should include details about experience , key personnel , subcontractors and reference contacts as described herein . |
