District Wide Asphalt and Pavement Improvements

Weber School District is soliciting bids for Asphalt Slurry , Sealcoat and Repairs for multiple schools throughout the District . Attached are the schools and what jobs need to be completed this year . Depending on circumstances these schools and jobs needing done could change . This will be a two ( 2 ) year contract with the option on two ( 2 ) additional years being added . Bids are to be submitted electronically through BidNet . Emailed and mailed bids will be rejected . There is a MANDATORY JOB WALK schedule for April 13 , 2026 ( please plan on 6 - 8 hours ) with possibly a half day on April 14 , 2026 . You will find attached specifications for Slurry Seal 2 . The Board of Education , Weber School District , reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes or any portion thereof and to waive any abnormalities during the bidding process as the District deems to be in their best interest . Low bid is no way binding upon our district and final selection and honoring of the bids will be made by our office . BID SECURITY : Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check , cashier ' s check or bid bond in the amount of five percent ( 5 %) of the total bid price payable to WEBER SCHOOL DISTRICT as a guarantee that the bidder , if his bid is accepted , will promptly execute the Contract , secure payment of worker ' s compensation insurance and furnish a satisfactory , faithful performance bond in the amount of one hundred ( 100 %) of the contract price and a payment bond in the amount of one hundred ( 100 %) of the contract price .
