The purpose of this Request for Information is to gauge 8A contract holders ' potential interest in this requirement and potential capability of providing experienced and / or certified instructors for the technical and specialized curriculum taught at Government and contractor facilities or educational institutions to help fulfill the mission goals described in the attached DRAFT performance Work Statement ( PWS ) dated 29 August 2025 for a potential Task Order with USACE - HNC . Please Note : In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation ( FAR ) 10 . 002 ( b ), this Request for Information is for market research and information purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation . This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Proposal ( RFP ) or a promise to issue a RFP in the future . This notice does not commit the U . S . Government to contract for any supply or service . Further , the U . S . Government is not seeking proposals at this time and will * not * accept unsolicited proposals in response to this Request for Information . The U . S . Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice . Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP , if one is issued .
