C - 26 has two ( 2 ) compressors for the housing unit : Circuit A and Circuit B . Vendor shall remove and replace Circuit B unit . Vendor shall remove old unit and relevant components . The facility has a skid steer with a maximum lifting capability of approximately 1900 pounds that can be utilized to move old compressor / new compressor . Vendor shall provide material and labor to replace the unit B compressor on a Carrier Model 30GXR174 - F - 661XG 460v air cooled chiller . Vendor is responsible for ensuring chiller is at optimum level of R134a refrigerant . Vendor shall complete a full service on Carrier chiller unit including changing all filters . All material and equipment is to be OEM equivalent . Carrier Model : 30GXR174 - F - 661XG / Serial : 0305502585 . All associated parts and equipment for the new unit shall be included . Vendor shall change internal and external oil filters , ensure refrigerant is at optimum level , pressurize system to check for leaks , and perform any other necessary functionality tests . Vendor shall furnish all labor , materials . parts , equipment , permits and fees necessary to install and remove equipment from the above site , unless otherwise states herein . All equipment used by the Vendor must be of commercial manufacture specifically designed for the delivery , installation , and removal of HVAC equipment . Vendor must carry property damage and public liability insurance . An insurance certificate must be provided at the time of the contract execution and annually thereafter .
