Description | ** AMENDMENT 0001 ** The Statement of Work ( SOW ) and Bid Schedule have been revised to reflect a change in service frequency from weekly to bi - weekly for the base and all option periods . Please review the updated documents in their entirety . The contractor shall provide all personnel , equipment , supplies , facilities , transportation , tools , materials , supervision , and other items and non - personal services necessary to perform shredding and disposal of unclassified paper documents for the U . S . Army Corps of Engineers ( USACE ), Baltimore District , as defined in the attached Statement of Work ( SOW ). The documents to be shredded are Controlled Unclassified Information ( CUI ) and may contain Personally Identifiable information ( PII ) and other sensitive but unclassified information . Special requirement for shredding documents shall be required per Contract Line - Item Number ( CLIN ). These documents must be destroyed in a manner that will prevent disclosure . |
