Description | A . The selected Firm shall provide comprehensive professional architectural and engineering design services necessary for the phased demolition , renovation , and redevelopment of the Don Owens Sports Complex . B . The Firm shall serve as the prime design professional and shall provide a complete , coordinated design team including all required engineering and specialty consultants . C . Services may include , but are not limited to : 1 . Existing conditions assessment and facility evaluation ; 2 . Programming and stakeholder coordination ; 3 . Phased demolition planning ; 4 . Design of new concession / restroom facilities ; 5 . Design of dugouts , press boxes , and spectator seating improvements ; 6 . Site grading , drainage , and stormwater design ; 7 . ADA compliance evaluation and design ; 8 . Utility coordination and infrastructure design ; 9 . Lighting and electrical system design ; 10 . Wayfinding and aesthetic enhancement design ; 11 . Preparation of construction documents suitable for public bidding ; 12 . Bidding and negotiation assistance ; 13 . Construction administration services . D . Construction services are not being procured under this RFQ . |
