Oferowane Wyroby muszą zapewniać techniczną możliwość wykorzystania na samolotach F-35, co powinno być potwierdzone poprzez dopuszczenie do eksploatacji na podstawie obowiązującej dokumentacji technicznej samolotu Air Force Tactics, Techniques and Procedures AFTTP 3-1.F35AB Advanced samolotu F-35A. Wyroby powinny być pierwszej kategorii, wyprodukowane nie wcześniej niż 2 lata przed planowanym terminem dostawy. Szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z warunkami równoważności dla wyrobu równoważnego oraz kryteria oceny ofert zostaną przedstawione w SWZ, która będzie przekazana Wykonawcom zaproszonym do składania ofert. |
