Description | All grader blades must meet or exceed the following specifications : Standard Grader Blades shall be “ through - hardened ” to the following minimums : Rockwell hardness C - Scale : Minimum of 43 ( Rc43 ) Brinell hardness : Minimum of 400 ( BR 400 ) Bolt holes shall be standard sizes and spacing of 0 . 63 ” or 0 . 75 ” for use in conjunction with No 3 head - cutting edge bolts and use standard “ highway ” punching with either 6 ” or 12 ” spacing Holes shall be spaced very accurately on a straight line and be located within 1 / 16 ” of the dimensioned position using both end holes as datum points Supplier shall warrant that if a blade breaks during operation , it will be replaced free of charg |
