The contractor shall provide a technical system refresh and modernization to computer hardware , software , and firmware in accordance with Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 ( HSPD - 12 ), including : system maintenance for JPED ’ s Avigilon Control Center Rel . 7 , intrusion detection , access control , video surveillance , and visitor management systems . |
