There will also be a small storage closet with a separate exterior door . The restrooms will also have sinks , paper and soap product dispensers , and other necessary appurtenances . The building will be approximately 28 ’- 0 ” by 13 ’- 4 ” and 373 square feet in area . The City will extend power , water , and sewer to within 5 feet of the building . The contractor ’ s scope also includes the connections to existing power , water , and sewer services |
