The City of Auburn Hills is seeking bids from qualified contractors for complete snow and ice removal for a high - intensity area in the Downtown District of the City of Auburn Hills including the service areas identified in the attached map . A single purchase order will be awarded and shall include the aforementioned elements . Bids will be accepted by the City Clerk until Thursday , November 20 , 2025 at 10 : 00 AM . Bids will be opened at that time in the front lobby of the City Clerk at 1827 N . Squirrel Road , Auburn Hills , MI 48326 . Bids to receive consideration shall be received prior to the specified time of opening as designated on the bid form . NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED . Bids are considered received when received and date stamped by the office of the City Clerk . Each bidder shall furnish all information required on the vendor questionnaire and bid form . Erasures or other changes must be initialed by the person signing the cost proposal form .
