Pressure wash walkways , planter areas , and trash receptacles in locations marked in Exhibit A . 1 , using professional , 3500 PSI hot water power washing equipment . . Remove accumulated residue from the concrete surface , including , but not limited to gum , soda , dirt , grease , etc . Stains that are deeply penetrated into the concrete may remain . E . If needed , pre - treat stains with a CITY - approved biodegradable , non - toxic product . F . Tape doors off , and / or apply other protective measures to , adjacent buildings to prevent water intrusion from pressure washing service as needed . G . Squeegee or wipe clean all overspray from windows and doors of adjacent buildings . H . Follow all Clean Water Act laws , and follow Best Management Practices for surface cleaning , and protective measures at all storm drain inlets . Refer to Exhibit A . 2 for more information . For NPDES requirements , contact the PROJECT MANAGER . I . Equipment to be deployed includes , but may not be limited to : a . Utilize a water reclaim vacuum system to collect dirty water . Filter , prepare and properly dispose of all dirty water . b . 2nd washer and operator , if necessary .
