PUBLIC NOTICE - NOTICE TO BIDDERSDOWNTOWN WATERFRONT IMPROVEMENTSVILLAGE OF PORT CHESTERWESTCHESTER COUNTY , NEW YORKBID 2025 - 11NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Village of Port Chester until December 11th , 2025 at 3 : 00 p . m . local time at the Office of the Village Clerk , 222 Grace Church Street , Port Chester , New York 10573 , at which time and place said sealed bids will be publicly opened and read out aloud for :“ Downtown Waterfront Improvements ” No bids will be received or considered after the date / time stated above . Proposals that do not include an electronic format submission will not be considered . The purpose of this project is to enhance the waterfront promenade and streetscape in the Village of Port Chester , NY through comprehensive site improvements . Work will include , but is not limited to , the demolition and disposal of existing timber structures , concrete walkways , pavers , and trees ; removal and relocation of site fixtures ; site preparation , backfill , and grading ; installation of new site fixtures , structures , lighting , and stamped concrete walkways ; upgrades to stormwater drainage , electrical , and water service infrastructure ; and final landscaping and restoration . A Pre - Bid conference will not be held . Bidding contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the project site before submitting bids . Plans , Specifications and Contract Documents may be procured at the Office of the Village Clerk , 222 Grace Church Street , Port Chester , New York beginning on November 14th , 2025 and available on the Village ’ s web - pagewww . portchesterny . gov / Bids . aspxor in - person at the office during regular business hours . A bid bond , certified check , or bank check in the amount of five percent ( 5 %) of the bid must accompany the bid . Bids may not be withdrawn within forty - five ( 45 ) days after the closing date / time for receipt of all bids . All requests for clarifications must be submitted no later than December 4th , 2025 at 5 : 00 p . m .
