DPW Bituminous Concrete Supply

The Work consists of the supply of bituminous concrete for pick up at the bidder ’ s location by Town employees and using Town vehicles and equipment . Additionally , the bidder will accept unprocessed recycled asphalt product ( RAP ) at the bidder ’ s location . The primary contact for the project is the Department of Public Works , whom will decide the days , volumes required , bituminous concrete mix types , and timing of bituminous concrete supply and RAP material for acceptance by bidder . Town shall accept mix types as available by the bidder . Additional documents showing details in accordance with which the work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner and shall then become a part of the contract documents . The contractor shall furnish all labor , services , materials , equipment , plant , machinery , apparatus , appliances , tools , supplies , and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the work and as herein specified .
