This notice is issued for market research and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a formal solicitation, and no award will result from this posting. The Government seeks industry feedback on the draft solicitation documents to improve clarity, feasibility, and competitiveness prior to final release. Interested parties are encouraged to review the attached draft documents and submit comments or questions by September 26, 2025.
