Description | A . OVERVIEW The Vendor ( s ) shall provide all equipment , materials and labor to supplement the State of Delaware ’ s need for as described in this Request for Proposals . The contract will require the Vendor ( s ) to cooperate with the ordering agency to ensure the State receives the most current state - of - the - art material and / or services . B . STATEMENT OF NEEDS The purpose of this contract is to provide Preventative Maintenance and Repair for Drain and Sewer at various locations throughout the State . Preventative Maintenance and Repair services shall include : labor , materials , supplies , supervision and subcontracted services that will allow for the successful bidder ( s ) to maintain all covered equipment in prime operating condition , consistent with manufacturer ’ s service recommendations . |
