Description | drain cleaning of roof vents and main sewer lines at Liberty Towers . It is the Housing Authority ' s desire to retain and employ a duly qualified and capable contractor . All services must be in accordance with the existing laws , rules , orders , directives , and regulations governing these services . The term of the contract shall be for one ( 1 ) year with a one ( 1 ) year renewal at the election of the Board of Commissioners . The services that are requested will be as follows : 1 ) Clean out 22 kitchen / basin roof vent stacks . 2 ) Clean 13 four - inch sewer roof vent stack lines . 3 ) Clean main sewer line from the ground floor to the street with a sewer jet . |
