The successful bidder shall provide and furnish all construction , labor , skill , equipment and materials to perform all operations in connection with the demolition of the existing structure and the construction of the new beach access pier as shown and indicated in the construction plans and drawings attached herein and maintain strict adherence to the environmental permit requirements The Work consists of furnishing all labor , materials , equipment , supervision , and incidentals required to construct the Driftwood Drive Boardwalk and associated beach access improvements in accordance with the Contract Documents , including the construction plans , details , notes , and applicable permits . The project shall be constructed as a lump sum , all - inclusive contract in strict accordance with the plans and specifications and applicable permits . The following are considered incidental to the Lump Sum price : Mobilization and demobilization , Environmental compliance , Material Testing , Demolition and removal of existing boardwalk as specified , Temporary access and staging , Contractor supervision and quality control and Coordination with inspectors and County staff .
