(“ NYRA ”) seeks to engage an FAA - certified drone ( UAS ) pilots as well as a fully licensed and insured drone operations company , to provide live aerial coverage of horse racing events for broadcast and official purposes . Services will be performed in conjunction with NYRA ’ s live racing schedule and will include coverage at Belmont Park in Elmont , NY and Saratoga Race Course in Saratoga Springs , NY for the period of July 1 , 2026 , through June 30 , 2027 . Proposals will be received by theSenior Director of Procurementat 110 - 00 Rockaway Blvd , Suite 1 , Ozone Park , NY 11417 , no later than 5 PM , prevailing time , on May 7 , 2026 . Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website : https :// www . bidnetdirect . com / new - york / nyraBids will be accepted electronically ; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website : https :// www . bidnetdirect . com / new - york / nyra ( Empire State Purchasing Group ).
