DSU/Sodexo Kitchen Hood Remodel

Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Dickinson State University is informally inviting bidders to remodel the kitchen hood ventilation system for the Sodexo Kitchen located at the DSU Student Center, 900 Campus Drive, Dickinson, ND 58601. The successful bidder would furnish all tools, material, labor, and supervision. Start date for this project is July 14th with completion required by August 6th, 2021 Plumbing: ¾” water and gas connection to a new double stack icombi oven (owner provided) under existing hood. Relocate on double stack icombi convection\steamer ovens (owner provided) and provide connections above to opposite side of hook. Add 2” copper drain connections ¾” water 1” gas connections for a new steam kettle (owner provided) Relocate 2 gas fryers to opposite side of the kitchen hook. Provide new copper drain connections to new floor sink. ¾” water and gas connections to new double stack convection/steamer icombi ovens (owner provided) that will be located under new kitchen hood. Disconnect and remove 1 single compartment SS sink. Relocate existing double compartment sink approximately 5’. Connect existing wall rough-ins from removed sink above. Sanitary sewer connection to new floor sink located under new hood and steamer oven and required permits. HVAC: Add new 5’x5’ class 1 hood for new icombi convection/steamer oven and duct up through floor. New roof exhaust fan. Install a new roof mounted exhaust fan and duct to tunnel space in hallway outside of basement kitchen for ventilation of existing tunnel space. Modify existing duct system by dishwasher to convert to intake for tunnel ventilation. Install two SS divider panels under hoods to separate fryers and cooktop and also between new steamer oven and adjacent sink. Duct insulation to both new class 1 ductwork to roof and exhaust duct work for tunnel ventilation, roofing fees included.
