The College intends to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to conduct a comprehensive compensation and classification study for administrative , professional , and staff employees ( full - time and part - time classifications ). The study will examine current pay structures , internal equity , job classifications , and the College ’ s position in relevant labor markets , and will provide clear , data - driven recommendations to support competitive , equitable , and sustainable compensation practices . The Contractor will evaluate education , experience , longevity , and market - based premiums for high - demand or hard - to - fill roles ; assess the effectiveness of such premiums ; and recommend revisions where needed . Current salary structures , position descriptions , and relevant agreements will be provided to the awarded Contractor . The current personnel employed by the College are as follows : • Total Employee Count : 2 , 354 • Part - time : 1 , 394 • Full - time : 960 • Full - time Faculty : 341 • Full - time Staff : 619 Total employee count is the combined full - time and part - time count ( 960 + 1394 ). The other numbers are breakouts of FT Staff and Faculty FTE . A . Contractor Responsibilities The Contractor is responsible for completing all work necessary to produce a thorough and actionable compensation and classification study : 1 . Project Management & Communication a . Develop a project timeline with major milestones . b . Maintain regular communication with HR , including biweekly status updates . c . Coordinate meetings , data requests , and review sessions with stakeholders .
