Description | The project contractor shall furnish all tools , equipment , apparatus , facilities , labor and material necessary to perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner the EBMUD WELL DEMOLITION PROJECT PHASE 2 as shown in the project technical specifications and plans and in accordance with the contract documents within 84 calendar days of the project commencement date specified in the notice to proceed for the project . The project work is generally described as : A . The demolition four EBMUD monitoring wells and one EBMUD Bayside Production well on Oro Loma Sanitary District property including obtaining permits from Alameda County for demolition , pre - demolition CCTV inspection , sounding , cleaning , and disposal . Project work also includes post demolition dewatering , excavation and backfill for well casing removal and submitting well completion reports , and sealing material reports . |
