Description | Please note : This is a Sole Source Notification .. Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of an above ‑ canopy eddy covariance system from LI ‑ COR , Inc . as a sole source because of the uniqueness ( design , capability , nature ) of the goods and the contractor being the single provider of the goods . The contractor must supply an integrated eddy covariance system capable of collecting high ‑ frequency flux data at 20 Hz , operating reliably in a remote forest environment with low power consumption , and supporting multi ‑ decade deployment . The system must also integrate meteorological sensors that are fully compatible with standardized data collection , processing , and flux partitioning methods used across Oregon AmeriFlux and related research sites . |
