Scope of Work NMSU Procurement Services has issued this Request for Proposal for a secure , cloud - based software platform to support the operational , administrative , and compliance needs of the Education Abroad Office . The selected vendor will demonstrate experience implementing systems in complex higher education environments serving multiple campuses and diverse applicant populations . The selected vendor will provide a system that supports : Outbound and inbound education abroad program and applicant management • Appointment scheduler integration • Configurable application workflows with conditional logic • Program Capacity Management • Customizable forms for risk acknowledgement and programmatic needs • Electronic recommendation collection • Role - based review and approval routing • Document collection and secure storage • Applicant status tracking • Program management tools • Communication tools • Applicant and Advisor Dashboard • Participation reporting metrics Online program catalog and web integration • Serves as the primary public listing of all education abroad programs • Dynamically embedded within the NMSU Education Abroad website • Supports program search , filtering , and tagging functionality • Allows real - time updates to program data without requiring manual webpage edits • Enables SEO optimization ( metadata , program descriptions , tagging ) • Allows automated visibility controls based on program status ( open , closed , term - based ) • Integrates directly with application workflows • Preservation of existing program URLs or a documented redirect strategy • Compatibility with NMSU ’ s existing CMS structure Regulatory Compliance and Audit Readiness • Proven integration with Ellucian Banner ( preferred ) OR • Utilization of APIs for data pulls and provide standard APIs to NMSU to pull data . • SAML 2 . 0 Single Sign - On capability • FERPA compliance documentation
