Description | The Price Agreement framework is allowed under IDAPA 38 . 05 . 05 . 042 , and provides the appropriate pathway for DHW to secure and maintain multiple providers statewide , without the complexity or limitations of a full competitive procurement process . Competitive solicitation for this ongoing service need would be impractical . A strong pool of DE providers equips DBH to respond quickly to court requests and to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our statutory obligations . DBH currently maintains approximately 18 contracts for this service and is looking to expand the pool of Vendors to more effectively meet the needs of DHW and the clients we serve . Please note : This is a Sole Source Notification . |
