Description
Description | The A / E Design Firm shall provide all TITLE I Design Services required todevelop a comprehensive A / E design and a complete Issued For Construction ( IFC ) set ofdocuments . The contractor is to evaluate site conditions for the replacement of eighteen ( 18 ) transformers located in B820 and B830 . These transformers have medium voltageprimaries with various secondary voltages ranging from 208 volts to 4160 volts . Theresulting IFC construction documents shall be for the demolition of existing transformersand the installation of new transformers , including a strategy for overcoming conflicts ofgetting the materials in and out of the buildings . The complete IFC package shall includedrawings , specifications , a construction Statement of Work ( SOW ), a submittal register , anestimate of probable construction cost , and a Design Analysis . The A / E shall also conductsite investigations , review as - built drawings , hold design review meetings with Governmentstakeholders , and ensure all designs conform with DoD Building Code ( UFC - 1 - 200 - 01 ) andall associated Unified Facilities Criteria ( UFC ). |
