Description | 1 . Demolition and removal of existing sign . 2 . The new monument sign to be installed . 3 . Provide a breakdown of costs showing : a . Materials b . Installation c . Total Cost 4 . Provide and install a new monument sign per RFP requirements . See proposed basis of design drawing in Attachment A 5 . Provide all shop drawings for review and approval . 6 . Cleanup and repair of all areas affected by the installation . 7 . Provide all required footings or foundations for a complete installation . 8 . Provide all final electrical and network connections to the new sign . 9 . Bidders are responsible for visiting the site to assess existing conditions to include in bid response and no additional costs will be allowed for failure to verify existing site conditions . |
