DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT : A functioning Electric Sit - Down Tow Tractor . Characteristics of TOYOTA MODEL CBT4 or equal . 8 , 800 lbs tow capacity . 48V Electric Battery Powered . DELIVERABLES : The contractor shall deliver 120 days after receipt of the order . Delivery will be to Whiteman AFB , MO 65305 .
