Services to be provided by the contractor to the Plumas Sierra County Fairgrounds , and the amounts of the services , shall be as follows : 1 . The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials where noted in the following descriptions . a . Replace 45 ' pole , remount existing transformer , install new owner furnished LED , install new 5KV Dead - end insulators , new crossarms , new cutouts and new grounding . b . Provide option to replace existing transformer with refurbished transformer 2 . The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials where noted in the following descriptions . a . Install owner furnished LED fixture on Pole 1 b . Replace 35 ' pole , reinstall existing secondary feeder with weather head , reinstall existing lighting disconnect , reinstall light with owner furnished LED , reinstall 2 600V insulators , resplice at top of Pole 2 c . Replace 35 ' pole , reinstall light with owner furnished fixture , reinstall existing panel and riser , install a minimum of 4 600V secondary insulators , resplice 3 sets of Triplex ' s on Pole 3 . d . Install 4 new crossarms , install new dead - end insulators 5KV , install 2 new fused disconnects , install ground rod and wire on Pole 4 . e . Install owner furnished Triplex from Pole 5 to Pole 6 , install owner furnished LED light on Pole 5 . Remove existing transformer , remove existing transformer mounting hardware , remount transformer to pole and reconnect , replace owner furnished LED light on Pole 6 . Replace owner furnished LED light on Pole 7 h . Replace owner furnished LED light on Pole 8 The contractor is to notify Plumas Sierra County Fairgrounds of any needed repairs that are outside the scope of job description and allow time for any repairs .
