Notice is hereby given by the City of Vancouver (“ City ”) of its intent to contract with WRE – Wismer & Rawlings Electric Ltd . (“ WRE ”) for Electrical Vault Maintenance for the Neighbourhood Energy Utility (“ NEU ”) at False Creek Energy Centre located at 1890 Spyglass Place . WRE has been providing services to maintain the electrical equipment for the NEU since 2012 . It requires experienced and highly trained personnel in maintaining the units . WRE field personnel are trained and equipped with the latest technologies in assessing , examining , and detecting faults on potential weaknesses in power machinery and equipment . WRE had proven quality and reliability services in the past and the City would like to continue hiring them to maintain and service the NEU The contract is valued at approximately $ 21 , 850 . 00 for one year and may be extended upon written approval from the City .
