 The following work will be on an as - needed basis . There is no guarantee for quantity of work .  Provide , install , terminate , and energize 120V power outlets and lighting circuits .  Provide , install , terminate , and energize 277V lighting circuits .  The Contractor shall perform low voltage work including , but not limited to , data and communication cabling , access control wiring , security and alarm system wiring , and low voltage lighting controls . Low voltage work shall be billed at the standard Journeyman or Apprentice hourly rate as submitted on the Bid Form .  Provide and install transformers , sub - panels , and distribution panels up to and including 3 - phase 480 - volt applications .  Have the ability to add circuits in an energized panel . These could be UPS or Emergency power panels that may not be able to be shut off to facilitate work .  Contractor shall be responsible for providing personal protective equipment ( PPE ) including arc flash suits , insulated gloves , arc flash hood , insulated tools , and any other PPE required for performing work in energized equipment .  Contractor shall be responsible to properly lock out / tag out ( LOTO ) equipment . Contractor shall provide all proper LOTO devices for a variety of disconnects .  Contractor shall be responsible for providing their own tools , including but not limited to : ladders , tool carts , hand tools , power tools , label maker , volt / ohm / amperage meters , mega ohm meter ( megger ), thermal imager , conduit benders , and wire crimpers for various wire sizes from # 12 AWG up to 750 MCM .  Contractor shall have experience and qualifications for work on emergency power generator transfer switches and controls ...
