It is strongly recommended that all prospective Bidders attend the meeting . Apprenticeship Agreement : The Suffolk County Water Authority requires , pursuant to New York Labor Law Section 816 - b , all Contractors and Subcontractors shall have , apprenticeship agreements appropriate for the type and scope of work to be performed under this Contract , that are registered with and approved by the New York State Commissioner of Labor pursuant to the requirements of New York Labor Law Article 23 . Evidence of such agreements for both contractors and subcontractors , if any , must be submitted with the bid .
