Main St ( 2 ) 2 stop Hydraulic - 1978 & 2016 ) Adult Recreation Center 208 E . Main St ( 1 ) 2 - stop Hydraulic – 1978 ) Los Gatos Theatre - 43 N . Santa Cruz Ave - ( 1 ) 2 - stop Traction - State # 167718 Monthly preventive maintenance services for 6 Elevators : Including lubrication and inspection services , testing of safety devices , cleaning of pits and machine areas as needed , door operator inspection and adjustment , corrections and estimates for repairs as needed for safe and functional operation , expedited repairs and support with State of California inspections . Repairs & Replacements Emergency troubleshooting , repair or replacement of worn or defective components Reporting Monthly service reports , annual condition assessments , maintenance logs for each elevator . Contractor Requirements : Contractor must possess and maintain a C - 11 Elevator Contractor License with the State of California . All work performed on elevators must be performed by a Certified Competent Conveyance Mechanic ( CCCM ) or under supervision of a CCCM . The Contractor shall propose repairs and improvements accordingly to adhere to latest codes and requirements of the following regulatory agencies , associations and policies : ADA : Americans with Disabilities Act ASME : American Society of Mechanical Engineers = A17 . 1 ; Safety Code for Elevators CBC : Title 24 ; California Building Codes CCR : Titles 8 ; California Code of Regulations NEC : National Electric Code . NFPA Emergency Response : On - call emergency response ( Library and Theatre only – 7 nights a week and weekends ) Must respond within 1 hour for entrapment and non - entrapment 4 hours to diagnose / repair
