Description | Reno County is requesting proposals to provide services on our ( 6 ) personnel elevators located in ( 4 ) different buildings . The services that need to be included in this proposal are as follows : Annual inspections , Quarterly inspections , Monthly inspections on the Courthouse Elevators , Service calls , Repairs , and limited parts to cover parts up to $ 250 per component excluding natural disasters , negligence , and intentional damage . ( 2 ) Rotary Passenger Hydraulic Elevators located at Law Enforcement Center . 210 W 1st Ave , Hutchinson , KS 67501 . Each of these elevators have ( 2 ) landings . ( 2 ) Geared Passenger Elevators located at Reno County Courthouse . 206 W 1st Ave , Hutchinson , KS 67501 . Each of these elevators have ( 6 ) landings . This building is in the Historical Society of Kansas . ( 1 ) Rotary Passenger Hydraulic Elevator located at Community Corrections . 115 W 1st Ave , Hutchinson , KS 67501 . This elevator has ( 2 ) landings . ( 1 ) Rotary Passenger Hydraulic Elevator located at Public Works . 600 Scott Blvd , South Hutchinson , KS 67505 . Agreement to begin January 1 , 2026 and continue through proposed agreement lengths . Company must be certified through the state of Kansas to perform service on elevators . |
