Project background Eagle Mountain City is a rapidly growing municipality with a current population of approximately 75 , 000 residents . Growth projections , system modeling , and master planning efforts have identified the need for construction of a new pump station and large - diameter culinary water transmission main to serve existing and future development areas and to enhance system redundancy and fire flow capacity . A concept - level evaluation has been completed as part of the City ’ s Water Master Plan . The City now seeks to advance the project to a 30 % design level . |
