Description | The City is seeking qualified contractors to provide emergency and non - emergency repair work . The full scope of work shall include but not be limited to emergency cleanup and repair , concrete grinding , driveway , gutter and sidewalk replacement , asphalt and striping repair per City standards , repair to City facilities as a result of the work in the Public Right - Of - Way , sewer and water line repair , pothole investigations , removal and replacement of minor structures and appliances , demolition , installation , dry walling , painting , and administrative duties . Contractor ( s ) or appropriate subcontractor ( s ) shall be properly licensed for testing and inspection that occurs prior to project completion as necessary per project . Contractor ( s ) shall be responsible for obtaining all permits as required by City . Specific services will be coordinated with the City on a per project basis . |
